Dinner and Dessert on the Desert

We had a really pleasant dinner yesterday.  From out campsite we overlook the valley and can see the Rio Grande River and the city of Las Cruces.  The mountains in the background are simply gorgeous.

I fixed turkey smoked sausage, loaded baked potatoes, and a cheesy rice and broccoli.  Sarah contributed a salad and we killed the fruit salad from yesterday for dessert.  The cheesy rice and broccoli was terrible - neither one of us could finish it, but the rest of dinner was great.
